Some of us like the traditional wedding – bride in white, groom in morning suit - while others prefer something less formal like a beach setting, or maybe go to the extreme and take your vows hanging from a helicopter. However, while most fit somewhere in between, there are certain trends that hit the wedding scene throughout the year, and the next 12 months will be no different.

Couples are starting to go for more candid/action shots giving it a more natural feel; these images are what really tell a story. While traditional portrait shots have been given some flair and “wow” factor with special lighting; unexpected weather, unique environments and effects such as smoke bombs giving it more of an editorial shoot style feeling.

Reception Seating

Traditional wedding receptions have round tables, which allow guests not only to have a conversation with the person next to you, but with everybody around you.
